Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [your email]. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as they may already be in fulfillment. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Pre-orders
Pre-orders are for products not yet in stock. Payment must be paid in full. You may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order by emailing info@poesis-oracle.com. Once fulfilled, standard return and refund terms apply.
