We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

To initiate a return, email us at info@poesis-oracle.com. Once we receive the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sale items final sale.
